Typically, our associates can transition to your company payroll with no obligation after a completion of 520 hours and a complete assessment and evaluation by your team.
Our Direct hire service division has a primary function of sourcing, recruiting, onboarding and placing the best suited candidate for the positions. Our team saves employers’ time, money and effort by assisting with the intensive interviewing, skills evaluation as well all other reference, credit, work history and other testing processes. This process greatly benefits the prospective employer as we define the best-suited candidate for the position at hand through our extensive interview and onboarding process. We incur all costs to recruit, review credentials, conduct multi level interviews as well as perform the skills and personality testing. We also check their personal and professional references as well as all background information, such as criminal check, credit check, and licensing checks. Our Assignment Project Division is a terrific solution for companies with planned projects and growth spurts. We are able to recruit and staff those specifically for special projects and assignments. We assume all human resource functions as well as part of our comprehensive service package. The benefit of this service is that there are no further obligations once the project is completed. This division focuses on assisting the employer with all transferring of employees to our payroll. We assume all insurance, liabilities, and taxes. We are liable for any workers compensation claims or other third party injuries. We manage all payroll, employee files, employee relations matters, employee benefits, unemployment and any other human resource functions.
There is a nominal fee to transfer employees or “payroll” employees. This fee will vary based on position, workers compensation code, duration of transfer, and the specific with respect to the onboarding requirements as specified by our clients.
This division entails a much greater commitment on behalf of our organization and the customer. We in essence are responsible for being the third party output logistics company. We hire all staff from management to laborer, incorporate cost per unit in our calculations and pay all of the costs necessary to run this operation from a logistics and operational standpoint.
